Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vant Inc. handles information in connection with Timamu, the marketing site at timamu.app, Timamu Web at web.timamu.app, product licensing, support, and any optional online services.

1. Our local-first principle

Supported Timamu Web prepare, compress, convert, and merge workflows process file content in the browser on your device. Timamu does not upload source media to a Timamu processing server for those supported local workflows. Timamu leaves your original file intact and writes a separate prepared output.

Recent work and re-download depend on that prepared output remaining available locally in the same browser on that device. Timamu does not store that media in the cloud for normal Web prepare, and Timamu does not keep a customer media library of those files.

Any future or optional feature that would transmit file content must be clearly identified in the product before that transfer happens. The full collect and do-not-collect sections are in the English policy.
