Refund Policy

Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. This applies to every plan: monthly, yearly, lifetime, and the NGN passes. There are no refunds after that window, and no partial or pro-rated refunds. Refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple's process. Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google's process.

1. Direct purchases

Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. This applies to every direct Timamu purchase billed by Vant Inc., including monthly, yearly, lifetime, and the NGN passes. There are no refunds after that window, and no partial or pro-rated refunds. We may ask for the transaction reference and enough information to identify the entitlement. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right that mandatory law already gives you.

2. Abuse and duplicate use

We may deny a refund request where there is clear evidence of fraud, repeated buy-use-refund behavior, license circumvention, or material abuse of device-transfer rights, except where applicable law requires the refund.

3. App Store and Google Play

Refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple's process. Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google's process. Request the refund through the store account used for the purchase. Timamu does not issue those store refunds.

4. Plans

Timamu Web Premium is sold as a monthly plan, a yearly plan, a lifetime purchase, and NGN one-time passes. A 3-day trial applies to the monthly and yearly plans. Lifetime and the NGN passes do not include that trial. Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. This applies to every plan. There are no refunds after that window, and no partial or pro-rated refunds. Cancelling a renewing plan stops future renewals. It does not refund a period that has already started.

5. Technical problems

Please contact support if Timamu cannot perform a capability that was explicitly represented as supported for your platform and file type. We may first offer a fix, compatible build, or troubleshooting path. A refund still has to be requested within 7 days of purchase. There are no refunds after that window, and no partial or pro-rated refunds.

6. How to request a direct refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with the purchase email, transaction reference, purchase date, and a brief reason.
