What should I include when I write to support?
Include the job you were trying to do, the file type and its approximate size, the device and browser, and the exact message Timamu showed. Email [email protected] with those details.
Timamu says it cannot process my file. What are the usual causes?
The file type may be unsupported (PDF to Word, animated GIF, or RAR), the job may exceed Free limits (larger video merges, larger archives, or 7z), or the device may not have free memory for the work. Large files are processed directly in your browser when your device can handle them. There is no universal size cap.
My Free video job was refused. When does the allowance reset?
Free allows 3 successful video jobs per rolling 24 hours, shared by compress and convert. The allowance frees up as each earlier job passes 24 hours.
I closed the tab. Where is my prepared file?
Recent work and re-download depend on the prepared output remaining available locally in the same browser on the same device. Free keeps a 2-day history and Premium keeps 30 days. Timamu does not store that media in the cloud, so a different browser or device will not show it.
Why is the result not exactly the size I asked for?
Exact size is not guaranteed. With a very small target, Timamu warns before aggressive reduction and, if it cannot meet the target, reports the smallest valid result it found. An exact video target size is Premium-only.
